Install

Install from Shopify Admin and complete OAuth.

Confirm plan

Choose Basic Monthly or Basic Yearly through Shopify billing.

Protected order data

Recent order cancellation analytics require protected order data review. The app does not request customer identity fields by default.

Run first sync

Open Sync and start the first cancellation sync after access is available.

Understand categories

Native cancel reasons and merchant rules classify cancellations into operational categories.

Configure rules

Create keyword rules for native cancel reason, order tag, product title, SKU, vendor, or internal notes.

Review products

Use Products to inspect cancellation concentration by SKU and vendor.

Export CSV

Use Exports for filtered cancellation lists, product reports, and unknown reason cleanup.

Privacy and deletion

Use Shopify privacy webhooks and merchant deletion requests to purge data.
