CancelLens Dashboard provides informational cancellation analytics. Categorization can be native or rule-based, and merchants remain responsible for operational decisions.

The app does not cancel orders, modify orders, create refunds, edit products, edit themes, or change storefront content. Billing is managed through Shopify.
