CancelLens Dashboard processes recent Shopify order cancellation data so merchants can understand cancellation categories, affected products and SKUs, cancelled order totals, financial and fulfillment status, and exportable cancellation reports.

Data processed

The app uses order id/name, cancellation reason, cancellation date, order totals, line item product/SKU context, financial/fulfillment status, and merchant settings.

Data not requested by default

The app does not request customer name, customer email, customer phone, billing address, shipping address, or customer identity fields by default. The app does not store raw order payloads and does not modify orders.

Shopify privacy webhooks

CancelLens Dashboard supports Shopify customer data request, customer redact, and shop redact webhooks. Merchant deletion requests are handled by purging shop cancellation analytics data.

Protected order data

This app uses minimum protected order data for cancellation analytics, filtering, reporting, CSV export, and operational troubleshooting.
